Support for tendering Anonymization tool SAP
Analysis and planning of the acquisition of an anonymization tool for an SAP system landscape with connected peripheral systems.
PROCEDURE/OUTPUT
- Analysis of the actual state and determination of the requirements. Market analysis of the available tools, evaluation and tool demonstrations by the product manufacturers.
- Since the customer was not able to specify any requirements, the first step was to determine what options were available on the market. Based on the functions of the tools, it was then decided what was really needed.
- List with 10 possible tools was reduced to 3 tools, which were then examined more closely in product demonstrations. The result served as input for documents for the RFP, which were created together with the customer.
BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER
With the help of our advice and our approach models, the customer was able to get an idea of which tool is needed and start a RFP.
