Karolina Witkowska joins the Trimetis HR/Recruiting team as IT Recruiter

Vienna/Lublin – Trimetis is pleased to announce the newest member to our team: Karolina Witkowska, who joined the company as IT Recruiter on 1 April 2024. With her extensive experience in international IT recruiting, Karolina will play a key role in further developing and fortifying our HR strategies.

Karolina brings with her an impressive career marked by several years of experience in international IT recruiting, particularly for the Polish, Mexican and US markets. Before joining Trimetis, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lingaro, where she demonstrated her skills in talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees. In addition, Karolina has been involved in various international HR projects, continuously expanding her skills and knowledge.

With a master’s degree in psychology from the Catholic University of Poland, complemented by bachelor’s degree in English, Karolina has a solid academic background that gives her a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the importance of effective communication.

In her new role at Trimetis, Karolina will assume responsibility for recruiting in the “Application Development” service area. Her broad experience in HR and recruiting will be crucial to support and drive the continuous expansion of our highly specialised teams.
